We have prepared a specially adapted study zone if you want to focus on your studies in peace and quiet, and a game zone where you can relax at leisure. However, the heart of our dormitory is the mensa, this is where you can meet with friends and this is where we will organize events for our tenants.

How and when can I pay my rent?
Are there any additional fees on your monthly bill?
The rent includes all additional services (including utility consumption up to the monthly consumption level specified in the General Rental Rules.)

Booking
How does the booking process work?
It is best to start booking a long-term academic rental from September due to the greater availability of rooms, freedom and comfort of the check-in process.
Reservation is possible online via the tab on our booking website. We also invite you to contact the dormitory directly by phone or e-mail
What documents are needed for booking?
ID card or passport
Can I cancel my reservation?
Free cancellation is possible up to two months before the start of the rental period. Beyond this deadline, additional fees may apply.

Can I rent the apartment for a period other than the one in the offer?
What documents are required to sign the contract?
Identification document (ID card or passport), registration certificate or student ID, and parental authorization in the case of minors
