Our Spaces common

At Next door you can use a wide range of common areas. We have prepared a specially adapted study zone if you want to focus on your studies in peace and quiet, as well as a games zone where you can relax in your free time. The heart of our dormitory is the mensa, this is where you can meet friends and this is where we will organize events for our residents.

AGORA

Agora is one of the most important spaces of a private dormitory. The grandstand located in the center of this place serves as a piece of furniture for rest, meetings, interactions between residents and a waiting room.

Gaming Zone

Fun lab/ Gaming zone is a place for entertainment and fun. Together with your friends, you will find three zones here that create amazing memories: PlayStation video game zone, gaming zone table games, where a multifunctional table will allow you to play billiards, air hockey and ping-pong, as well as a board games zone.

Mensa

This is a huge room created with the needs of students in mind. It is a place that creates different atmospheres, where you can eat a meal or organize a party or event with residents. It has a specially designed stage with a projector, a shared kitchen, vending machines and all kinds of tables and coffee tables

OPINIONS OF OUR CUSTOMERS

Małgorzata A.
Great place in the center of Krakow. This is a new private student residence, which also offers short-term rentals. These are modern, comfortable apartments. Nearby are green areas: Błonia, Jordan Park, Kościuszko Mound. This is a quiet recreational part of the city, for people who like sports (jogging, rollerblading). The proximity of tourist attractions means that you can enjoy the charms of the city. Nearby: universities, tram and bus. Easy access to the airport. Ensures the highest standards of cleanliness. Additional amenities available. Professional helpful service.

Really nice people and very helpful. They always do something nice for the resident students, like parties, Fat Thursday (free donuts) or French breakfast (also free). A nice touch is that parents or friends of students can also book a room and be in the same building as their loved ones. Great idea! I hope you will leave some rooms for guests in the future, even if you have mostly resident students.
